For a long time Glee was in a league of their own with chart topping hits and amazing vocals as well as the stars that were lining up to appear on their show. Everyone overlooked the lackluster storyline because at the time there was really no competition. Then along came SMASH and, in my opinion, blew them out of the water.
I have been following Glee since the beginning. To tell you the truth I was not enamored with the acting and the storyline was laughable at times and left me feeling a tad bored but I overlooked it. Maybe Glee reminded me of my high school years. In high school I was in the choir and it was not a popular choice at the time but I loved it. I’m no Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey but I could carry a tune and I loved being part of something. I tuned in to Glee every week and enjoyed the way they remade popular chart toppers into band and choir remixes. Albums were sold and singles were downloaded and people were becoming gleeks.
SMASH premiered this year and I was blown away. SMASH is different in the fact that instead of choir they decided to focus on Broadway instead. SMASH revolves around broadway producers and writers who are casting for a new play about Marilyn Monroe. There’s drama between two women who are looking to star as the bombshell Marilyn. One is obsessed with Marilyn and has experience and one is less experienced but is an up and coming singer trying to make it big. I think they do an excellent job of weaving the personal lives in with the musical numbers and instead of just focusing on the music they’re focusing on the drama and quality acting as well. In my opinion they’ve done it all and I’m crossing my fingers they stay around for a long time because I’m in love with this show. I think Glee really needs to step it up with their storyline or they’re going to get left in the dust by SMASH and I think peoples expectations will be much higher after watching it.
As you can see from my post I prefer SMASH to Glee but maybe you feel differently. Don’t be afraid to voice your opinion below.
For the many of you that have been following American Idol this year I have to admit that the talent is unbelievable this time around and every persons voice is amazing in their own way. To me it’s quite obvious who the final three will be or so I thought. My personal belief was that Joshua, Elise and Jessica would end up at the end together. Joshua has this gritty, gospel voice, Elise has an amazing rocker voice and Jessica has a voice that could be compared to that of Whitney Houston. Many praise her each week on her vocals, confidence and are amazed that she sounds like she’s been on a stage forever being that she’s so young. So what happened?
Having watched each and every person perform the night before I sat down to watch the eliminations thinking that Elise, Joshua and Jessica had it in the bag. Ryan started calling each person to stand on either side of the stage into groups of three. He had Joshua, Jessica and Elise on one side and Colton, Hollie and Phillip on the other. He saved the talented country singer Skylar for last and asked her which group she thinks she belongs in. She refused to answer him so he walked her to Colton, Hollie and Phillip Phillips group. I think all of America, the audience and myself collectively gasped. There was complete silence and the judges were in total shock. Then Ryan revealed that Jessica got the least votes!! What??? Another huge shocker. I thought for certain that if this was the bottom three then surely Elise would have gotten the fewest votes but not Jessica!! Not only that I was in complete shock that Hollie wasn’t in the bottom three. She gave a decent performance the other night but not as great as the rest of them. My mouth dropped so low you probably could have seen my tonsils. I could almost read the judges minds. Thank goodness we didn’t use the one save yet!! I think they were waiting in case America totally got things wrong one week and tried to vote out someone who’s talented and deserving.
The judges did end up saving Jessica but I think everyone is wondering what happened? How could America get it so wrong? Did they see something we didn’t or did they just feel that she would get many votes anyway so she doesn’t need ours? I think it’s the question weighing on everybody’s mind after last nights upset.
Usually I don’t watch The Real Housewives reality shows because I find them to be incredibly fake but being that I’m from British Columbia I wanted to see who television producers cast to represent the beautiful city of Vancouver. I myself don’t live in Vancouver because although it’s gorgeous the cost of living is too expensive for my blood. I actually live in a small town called Agassiz which is about one hour and 30 minutes from Vancouver. I still have the option to visit and enjoy the beauty and the shopping but I don’t have to live in the chaos. I was not surprised at who they chose and I resent the title Real Housewives Of Vancouver. First of all these women are anything but real. They use botox and get plastic surgery and dye their hair. That’s not real. Secondly most of them aren’t housewives. They have nannies who raise their children and most don’t cook their own meals. One woman is twice divorced and very wealthy, has no children and is definitely not a housewife. The majority of the housewives I know cook their own meals, some work and raise a family, they take care of their husbands and drive a minivan. They also have what’s called a budget. I guess that wouldn’t make for great reality TV and everyone loves drama. Here are the faces of The Real Housewives Of Vancouver.
“I live life in a fast lane, catch me if you can.”
Reiko Mackenzie is a Japanese-Canadian bombshell and seems to live life to the fullest. She enjoys mixed martial arts and has a huge garage full of an impressive collection of exotic sports cars. Originally she had dreams of becoming a lawyer having earned her degree at the University Of British Columbia but after having her daughter she decided on staying at home to be a mother and from the looks of the lavish lifestyle she leads she is one of the lucky ones that doesn’t have to bust her butt to make a second income to support her family. Her husband is a soft spoken venture capitalist and her mother lives with them as well. She seems like she can hold her own and what I wouldn’t give to have just one of her cars instead of the beat up mini van we drive around. All things considered she seems like one of the few that has her head on straight.
“I traded being a singer for being a mom, but now I’m ready to step back into the spotlight”
Prior to being a mom Mary Zilba had a successful career as a singer with many of her songs appearing on the top 40 chart although to be honest this is the first I’ve heard of her. She spends most of her time raising her 3 teenage boys ages 16, 15 and 13 but hopes to get back into the spotlight and perhaps this show is the way to do it. She lives in a luxurious waterfront penthouse and has recently got back into the dating scene but seems to pick the wrong men. Mary appears to be the meek one of the group. She hates confrontation and seems to care way too much about what people think of her. In the season premiere the ladies all went for a just girls vacation to Whistler and insults were being thrown at her left and right and she seemed to just sit there and take it. I actually felt a bit sorry for her. I wanted to scream at the television stand up for yourself!! Even her very best friend didn’t seem to have her back and just sat there smiling while one lady in particular bullied her and tried to pick a fight. I guess if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. Mary Zilba was crowned Miss Ohio and was a contestant in the Miss America pageant and also volunteers her time for a number of charities. With a good head on her shoulders and the biggest heart of the bunch I fear she’ll get eaten up and spit out by the rest of the group.

“Every Queen needs an empire and I built mine from scratch”
Jody is a very successful clothing store owner and a self-made business woman. She is a tough, no nonsense mother with a big personality and is brutally honest with whoever she meets. I find her to be one of the more annoying women of the bunch. She is constantly dressing over the top with gaudy jewelry and loud clothes and if the spotlight isn’t on her then it’s time for her to leave the room. Immediately on the first episode she causes waves in an all girls vacation to Whistler. She bullies Mary and throws insults at her left and right and ruffled a lot of feathers in the short time they were there. She feels she’s telling it like it is but I think there’s a way to get your point across without hurting peoples feelings. Although I find her personality to be too over the top I will give her lots of credit for what she’s done with her career. Jody was a single mother struggling to make ends meet and started her own catering company with only $800 to her name. She started off baking muffins and bake them she did. She made muffins morning, noon, and night and went from making $300 per day to making $50,000 per day. That is inspiration in what is a tough economy. She feels anyone can make something of themselves if they put in the time, effort, heart and soul and I believe she’s right.
“Vancouver is a goldmine and I love to go digging.”
Christina Kiesel looks at life with a very carefree attitude and lives a life of leisure having traveled to 30 countries in the last 4 years alone with her home base being Vancouver. She is twice divorced and left very well provided for and many of the girls turn their noses at the fact that she doesn’t have to work and seems to have no problem finding new men or “sugar daddies” as some might call them. Although I honestly do like her personality, the fact that she doesn’t let anybody put her down and she seems like a genuinely nice and caring person I’m not sure why they cast her on the show. She’s not a housewife!! Then again none of the others seem to really be true housewives either. Christina mainly spends her days with an outspoken and successful hairdresser named Kevin Chase and finds girls to be competitive and backstabbing so she chooses to have very few girlfriends. I think Christina has already seemed to spice things up on the show and seems to be causing a lot of jealousy. Many of the girls refer to her as a goldigger so I’m betting on lots of drama where she’s concerned because this is one woman who doesn’t back down and has no problem standing up for herself. She let fans know in her first Real Housewives blog, that she will NOT be returning for the second season if renewed because, there is nothing left for her ‘character’ to tell but we’ll have to see if she changes her mind.
Ronnie Seterdahl Negus
“At this stage in my life, I can afford to say it like it is and look good doing it.”
She owns four houses side-by-side in a prestigious waterfront gated area in Vancouver. Her luxuries include a private jet, a yacht and a Napa Valley vineyard among other things. Ronnie has been happily married to her husband for 10 years and has 4 children as well as a step-daughter that range in age from 5-23 and she volunteers for many charities. She is Marys best friend on Real Housewives of Vancouver but I have a strong feeling their friendship is about to unravel. A best friend in my eyes always has your back and when her friend Mary was being insulted and bullied on an all girls vacation by Jody, Ronnie sat there and smiled. I don’t think Mary appreciated not having her friend in her corner when push comes to shove but I guess we’ll have to see how that all plays out. Hopefully the next time her friend is being picked on she’ll stand up for her.
Do you think the producers got it right? Do you think these are the right women to be representing Vancouver? Please feel free to comment below and if you want to tune in to Real Housewives of Vancouver it airs on Wednesday nights at 10 pm ET/PT on Slice.
It’s been a really long time since a show has captured my attention right off the bat. Usually when I start watching a show it takes awhile for me to get into it and sometimes my attention will go elsewhere in the process but not Missing. When I first started seeing previews for Missing I got excited. Right away I knew I’d fall in love and started anticipating the season premiere.
Missing is an American drama/thriller that stars Ashley Judd who looks amazing by the way. If I can look that great when I hit her age I’d be one happy camper. It revolves around a former CIA operative Becca whose husband was killed tragically in a car bombing in Rome while him and his son were on vacation. Ten years later her son gets accepted into a summer architecture program in Rome. The same place her husband was killed. Becca is now living a normal life running a flower shop and is very reluctant to see her son go. He assures her he will be just fine but it turns out he was wrong. Her son is kidnapped and Becca is now leading the hunt as a desperate mother in search of her son relying on her skills and connections as a former CIA operative. Bit by bit little secrets and mysteries come to the surface and after every episode you’re left wondering what will happen next.
Although this show has many, many pros like the fact that all the acting is believable and well delivered and the storyline is really exciting I guess the only con I have is how long will they be able to keep this storyline up? How many more mysteries could there possibly be and how far can they take this story? How long will she be searching for her son? In order to survive on TV you have to have lots of tricks up your sleeves and keep viewers guessing. There is nothing worse than a show that delivers in the beginning and fizzles in the end. Hopefully that won’t happen with Missing because so far I’m really impressed!!
You can catch Missing on ABC. It airs Thursday nights at 8/7 c.
Ashley Judd as Rebecca “Becca” Winstone
Cliff Curtis as Agent Dax Miller
Sean Bean as Paul Winstone
Nick Eversman as Michael Winstone
Adriano Giannini as Giancarlo Rossi
Laura Donnelly as Violet Heath and Jason Wong as Fitzpatrick: Members of Miller’s CIA team.
Gina McKee as Jamie Ortega: CIA director in charge of Dax’s station, based in Washington D.C.
I have compiled a list of my top seven absolute favorite shows on television currently. These are shows that if you haven’t yet seen you really need to check out. The actors in these shows bring it each and every week and each show I’ve chosen leaves me wanting more and excitedly anticipating each episode.
7.Being Human UK
Being Human first started airing in the UK and followed soon after in the US with their own version of the show. I have watched both and to tell you the honest truth the US version does not do the show justice at all. For all those viewers who are as disappointed as I am with the US version please watch the UK version before scrapping the show entirely. Being Human UK has everything for me. There’s humor, great special effects and drama. It’s about a werewolf, a ghost and a vampire who all end up living under one roof and try to bumble through life trying to be “normal” despite being so glaringly different according to society. If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of seeing this show you can view it on Netflix like I chose to or you can try finding it elsewhere.
If laughter really is the best medicine then Community delivers my daily dose each week. This show has a brilliant, hilarious cast including Chevy Chase who is one of my all time favorite comedians so I was delighted to see him in this TV show. The first episode made me laugh so hard I cried and each show has delivered in the funny department so far. I actually just started watching this show starting with season 1 and I’m wondering where I’ve been and why this show wasn’t on my radar until now. I’m glad I finally found it and for those that have also missed out please give this show a try. You won’t be disappointed.
Shameless is one of those shows that may not be widely received by everybody but it always delivers shock value. Shameless revolves around this family that is living on the wrong side of the tracks. The Father is an alcoholic that’s always looking for his next scam and his children are being raised by his oldest daughter and left to fend for themselves. This family is completely shameless, sometimes rude and seem to always be mixed up in something illegal. Shameless totally delivers on many levels. The writer has a unique way of taking what many would consider an awful life and putting a refreshing humorous spin on it. I always wonder what they’ll get mixed up in next and I can’t wait to find out!
A dash of drama and a pinch of action makes the perfect recipe for a TV show. Blue Bloods has an all star cast including Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg and it follows an Irish family, The Reagans, that are all working for or have worked for the NYC police department. For all of you that are tired of police shows please don’t give up on them just yet because Blue Bloods isn’t just any police show. They focus on the job, family drama and there’s twists and turns in each show. Every actor is spot on and the writing is impressive and that’s why I’ve never missed one episode of this show.
Homeland stars none other than Claire Danes which was the main reason I started watching this show. I love Claire Danes in everything she’s done and Homeland is no exception. I had a feeling I wasn’t going to be disappointed and sure enough I wasn’t. If someone asked me to describe the show Homeland in one word it would be thrilling. Homeland revolves around Claire Danes who plays a CIA officer who is Bipolar. She has come to believe that Brody, a U.S. Marine that was held captive by Al-Qaeda as a prisoner of war, was turned by the enemy and now is considered a threat to the U.S. This show is brilliantly written and acted and is guaranteed to entertain. You will never know what’s coming next and who is the enemy.Homeland has finished it’s first season on Showtime and was renewed for a second which is set to air on September 30th, 2012. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
2.Game Of Thrones
Game Of Thrones is one of those shows you have to see. I have fallen in love with this show from the very first episode. Many millions have gone into making this show and it’s well worth it. It’s filmed in beautiful Ireland and every show is a masterpiece. The stunning visual effects and quality acting has made for a show that impresses me on every level. Game Of Thrones is a medieval fantasy that follows the violent struggles of noble families for control of the Iron Throne. This show is already widely well received and has a huge fan following that is continuing to grow. If you haven’t checked this show out I urge you to do so. You will not be disappointed!
The show Damages begins with a young woman stepping out of an elevator bloody and confused and then they take you back to the beginning to weave a tale of suspense and mystery and explain exactly what happened to that young woman. Damages revolves around a young lawyer just starting out that is offered a job with a tough, no nonsense, famous lawyer at her firm. The actors in this show are amazing and each season gets better than the last. I watched each episode one after the other on Netflix and everything fell apart around me because I couldn’t stop watching. They are currently filming Season 5 which will be their last and I’m really excited to find out what twists and turns they have in store for me.
I recently opened a Netflix account. A free month was offered and I can never refuse anything free so I signed up. My main thought was that my kids needed something very easy to use and I loved the fact that I could add it to our Wii which is currently in their room. I refuse to put cable into their room because all I could picture was them channel surfing all night but not really watching much of anything so Netflix was an excellent option because they can pick what they like and watch it, pause it, and get back to it. There are also no commercials. I hate my kids watching commercials because they usually end up begging me for something they magically figure we need because some kid on TV was having so much fun with it. Anyways, enough about Netflix. I’m on here to write about a spectacular TV show that I ended up watching on Netflix for hours on end named Damages. A show many of you have not yet watched but NEED to check out.
When I first read reviews on Damages my first thought was here we have yet another lawyer show but looks can be very deceiving. This show has taken me on quite the roller coaster ride with it’s superb acting and thrilling script. You never know what’s going to happen next…literally. The twists and turns left me on the edge of my seat and I fell in love with each and every character no matter how cold and evil they were.
Damages begins with one of the main characters running out of an elevator bloody and confused onto the street then it goes back to tell the story of what happened to her. I love when a show grabs your attention in the first minute and keeps your attention all the way through. It’s a sign of wonderful writing and acting.
As you continue to watch Damages you get to know (or think you know) each and every character and what they’re capable of doing to win a case. There’s a young lawyer named Ellen Parsons who is fresh out of law school and looking for a job. She is approached by a brilliant lawyer Patty Hewes and given the opportunity of a lifetime. To work at her firm and become her protegee. She takes on the challenge and that’s where everything begins. She soon comes to the realization that Patty Hewes will do whatever it takes to win and will stomp on anyone who gets in her way.
I can’t say enough good things about this show. Each character plays their role so well. If you want to check this show out you can watch it on Netflix or rent or buy all four seasons.
Damages was originally airing on FX and is now broadcast on DirecTV. It premiered on July 24, 2007 and they are currently producing the fifth and final season as of October 2011 but they have not said when it will air. Who knows what will happen in season five. Will Patty Hewes and Ellen Parsons go head to head like the final show in season four suggests? I’m excited to find out!!
There have been a few teasers as to who will be joining the show for season five. Word is that Ryan Phillipe will play a major role as well as Jenna Elfman, the star of Dharma and Greg, who will play an investment bank employee troubled by her company’s conduct. I think we’re in for a treat and I can’t wait.
Glenn Close as Patty Hewes
Rose Byrne as Ellen Parson
Tate Donovan as Tom Shayes
Ted Danson as Arthur Forbisher
Anastasia Griffith as Katie Connor
Zeljko Ivanek as Ray Fiske
Noah Bean as David Connor
Timothy Olyphant as Wes Krulik
William Hurt as Daniel Purcell
Marcia Gay Harden as Claire Maddox
Campbell Scott as Joe Tobin
Martin Short as Leonard Winstone
Lily Tomlin as Marilyn Tobin
John Goodman as Howard T. Erickson
Chris Messina as Chris Sanchez
Dylan Baker as Jerry Boorman
I started watching Nurse Jackie only because I love Edie Falco who is best known for her role on one of my favorite shows of all time The Sopranos. I was really excited she was the main lead in this new television drama and that was mainly the reason I started to watch it. After a few episodes in I had mixed emotions about the show.
Let me just say that I do love the acting. I fell in love with many characters on the show and quite surprisingly my favorite character on the show has become not Edie Falco but the sweet, sometimes naive nurse Zoey played by Merrit Wever.
Although the acting is superb and the characters are great I find the storyline lacking and a bit boring. I really hate to say this because I wanted to love this show but I really don’t know how much more they can do with a storyline about a nurse addicted to pills. I think they need to step it up a notch and broaden their horizons a bit.
What completely angered me was one of my favorite shows United States Of Tara was cancelled and Nurse Jackie has been signed for another season. If you compare the two shows there is a world of difference in quality, storyline and entertainment. I believe if you take Edie Falco off the show it goes belly up and the ratings go down. I don’t know where their heads were at for cancelling a creative, amazing show and leaving Nurse Jackie!
That being said I do like Nurse Jackie and if I had to I would give it a 3/5 but if the storyline wasn’t lacking and they stepped it up and included a bit more drama my rating would be better but, if I had to choose, United States Of Tara would stay and Nurse Jackie would go. Just my humble opinion.
Nurse Jackie will be airing season 4 starting on April 8th, 2012.
•Edie Falco as Nurse Jackie Peyton
•Peter Facinelli as Dr. Fitch ‘Coop’ Cooper
•Paul Schulze as Eddie
•Eve Best as Dr. Elenor O’Hara
•Haaz Sleiman as Mohammed ‘Mo-Mo’ De La Cruz
•Merritt Wever as Zoey Brakow
•Dominic Fumusa as Kevin Peyton
•Anna Deavere Smith as Mrs. Gloria Akalitus
I was a little depressed and saddened that so many of my favorite shows were either being cancelled or having the plug pulled on them but I started hearing whispers and gossip regarding a brand new show coming out called Game Of Thrones. My husband being the avid reader and huge fan of fantasy novels claimed he had read the series A Song Of Ice And Fire by well-known author George R.R. Martin and was excited that they were creating a TV series based on the popular books. Each season was set to be based on one book in the series.
After watching the first episode I was amazed at the quality in acting and special effects. The show is filmed in beautiful, stunning Ireland. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and each episode is a visual masterpiece.
It is said that the budget for Game Of Thrones could be compared to Rome with reportedly 5-10 million just going into the pilot and the total budget for the first season being 50-60 million. This show was worth every penny in my eyes.
Game Of Thrones follows seven families caught in a sometimes violent struggle over control of the Iron Throne and as the series opens the threats from the snow-covered region north of Westeros and the eastern continent across a narrow sea are simultaneously beginning to rise.
Each character and each episode leaves me wanting much more and George R.R. Martin claims the show was very faithful to his work. Hats off to you David Benioff and D.B. Weiss for creating a fantastical, mythical masterpiece worthy of many awards and bravo to the entire cast for superb acting that has left me entertained every Sunday night.
Those of you who have not seen Game Of Thrones I dare you to watch it and not be amazed!

It all started on a rainy day with nothing to watch on TV. Every television show was on a break (yes another one) which seems to happen more and more these days. A friend on Facebook raved about True Blood and informed everyone she was catching up on all the episodes she had missed. I had never heard about True Blood so I looked it up. Uhhhhh. Another vampire show. Vampire shows and movies are all the rage right now and quite frankly I’m sick of it. Boredom set in and I decided to rent the first season. I am all about giving television shows a shot. That is actually how I’ve found my absolute favorite shows that ordinarily I would not have given a chance. I was bracing myself for fake blood, people biting each other and cheesy romance. I was pleasantly surprised and immediately fascinated. True Blood turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing TV show that immediately consumed every moment I had trying to catch up on what I had missed out on.
True Blood, based on The Southern Vampire Mysteries by Charlaine Harris, revolves around the main character Sookie Stackhouse who is a telepath and a waitress in Bon Temps which is a fictional town in Louisiana. Sookie Stackhouse is this quirky, naive character who ends up badly beaten one fateful night. In steps Bill, a vampire who saves her life by letting her drink his blood which has healing powers. Immediately she’s fascinated by him and slowly falls in love.
True Blood is based on a fictional world where vampires have come out of the closet so to speak and are co-existing with humans because of a drink the Japanese invented named True Blood which is synthetic blood. This invention allows vampires to no longer have to feed on humans which then allows them to be able to live among humans in the evening.
I’ll admit True Blood is not for everyone. If you’re expecting your typical vampire show then you may be disappointed. There’s full nudity at times, it’s dark and evil at times but absolutely hilarious at other times. If what you’re wanting is cheesy vampire scenes and fake blood then prepare to be disappointed because this show is totally different and that’s why I love it. Expect the unexpected!
True Blood has wrapped up its third season and has been renewed for a fourth which is set to air on June 26th 2011 so please rent the first three seasons and give it a shot. You will not be disappointed.
True Blood Main Cast:
Anna Paquin as Sookie Stackhouse, telepath and waitress at Merlottes.
Stephen Moyer as Bill Compton, Vampire and Sookies love interest.
Sam Trammell as Sam Merlotte, a shape shifter and owner of Merlottes.
Ryan Kwanten as Jason Stackhouse, Sookies equally naive brother.
Rutina Wesley as Tara Thornton, Sookies best friend.
Chris Bauer Detective Andy Bellefleur.
Nelsan Ellis as Lafayette Reynolds, cook at Merlottes and Taras cousin.
Carrie Preston as Arlene Fowler, the fiery red headed waitress at Merlottes.
William Sanderson as Sheriff Bud Dearborne.
Alexander Skarsgard as Eric Northman, owner of the vampire bar Fangtasia.
Being Erica is a TV show that is wonderfully well written with an extremely funny and talented cast.
Filmed in Canada, Being Erica starts off with the main character Erica Strange, who is thirty something and bumbling through life with failed attempts at romance and her career. She is approached by Dr. Tom, a psychiatrist, who promises her the ultimate opportunity, to go back in time and fix her mistakes.
Filled with quirky, amazing characters, Being Erica is one of those little known shows that deserves plenty of credit. Each show is filled with moral dilemmas that each and every viewer can take and apply to their own lives. I find myself tuning in to Being Erica every week with excitement and that is why I give this show 5/5.
It was confirmed that season four of Being Erica was its last and final season. For me the final episode of season 4 still left me with questions and I really wish they would have continued on into season 5 because there was a lot more they could have done with the show.
Erin Karpluk as Erica Strange.
Adam Fergus as Adam Fitzpatrick, Erica’s fellow time travelling partner.
Joanna Douglas as Samantha Strange-MacIntosh, Erica’s sister.
Michael Riley as Dr. Tom, the mysterious therapist who helps treat Erica.
Reagan Pasternak as Julianne Giacomelli, Erica’s partner at 50/50 press.
Vinessa Antoine as Judith, Erica’s best friend.
Morgan Kelly as Brent Kennedy, Erica and Juliannes competition.
